T. K. Kapali was an Indian politician and former Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu.
He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly from Mylapore constituency as a Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate in 1977 election,[1] and as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate in 1980 election.[2] He defeated Nanjil K. Manoharan in 1980 election.[3]
He also served as the councillor of the Chennai Corporation between 1959 and 1968.

He died on 20 December 2007 when he was 78. He has six sons and two daughters.[3]
In the years 1938 and 1939 there was turmoil in Taminadu regarding entry of Hindi language in the backdoors. He was 9 at that time when he actively participated and bloodshed for the cause. In 1940 to 1942 he actively participated in the movement of independence. Till 1949 he got involved with various agitation organised by the congress leadership and was familiar with the leaders of that era. At the same time he was hooked by the talks and deeds of Thanthai Periyar and was deepy moved into his ideology and principle of self-respect.
